On August 1, 2006, Dr. Art Robarge was named Director of the J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center. Dr. Robarge has a long and distinguished career in both mental health and developmental disability services, including serving in the past at both the J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center, and the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services in Raleigh.
