The Riddle Center is committed to protecting the privacy of the people we serve. Our Notice of Privacy Practices is provided to all guardians at the occasion of the first service delivery. This Notice of Privacy Practices is available in both English and Spanish. In addition, our Employee Health Department has its own Notice of Privacy Practices, as does our Community Services section.
